Internet going out
Our internet has been going out every night around 8 pm and staying off until 9 am. This has been gong on for a month. 2 technicians say it's not our house issue. No resolution. Getting very aggravated. What can we do?

Good Evening @ktjkcamp that sounds like a frustrating experience. Is the modem turning off completely during this time? Are Parental controls enabled via the Xfinity App with active time limits? If so this would explain the very specific timing of the internet not being accessible.
