Internet going out EVERY NIGHT around same time!

When it is dropping, how long is it dropping for? Are you connected via Wi-Fi or Ethernet when this happens? Can you also tell me what troubleshooting steps you've already tried?

FWIW, the overnight hours are their window of opportunity for performing network maintenance / upgrades. This can result in disconnections.  But it shouldn't happen every night for a long period of time. Sometimes the process goes awry. Good luck !
