Internet going in and out everyday

My internet has been going in and out everyday single day for a week. It will work fine one second and then the next second I'm connected without internet for hours until the modem decides to work again. I have been on multiple chats with agents where all they do is reboot the modem which does not work, I have had a tech come to my apartment and replace the modem which also did not fix the issue, and im not even sure who to speak to at this point that can make this right. I would love for someone higher up to contact me because I'm going insane between the bots, the chat agents that dont listen to me, and the techs that done want to actually test my connection to make sure things are working. This is absolutely ridiculous and unfortunately to my knowledge no other internet companies offer service in my area or I would've dropped xfinity at this point.
