Internet goes up and down.
Hi- for the past several days our internet speed has been fluctuating from really fast to non existent. Really annoying.
I even bought a new router (arris s33) and it is super fast when it works then the signal just drops.
No help from CS…but have a tech coming out…is this just me?

There are many factors that could be contributing to the speed concerns, and the technician appointment would be the best route. If it was determined to be an area wide issue, the appointment would be cancelled, and an interruption would be put out for the entire area. Are you still having the troubles with the speeds?
