internet goes out signal is good cable box still works but modem doesnt reboot properly
Losing internet in a house that needs internet to run HVAC and other smart devices. Updated to a new modem approved by Comcast, along with a Netgear phone. The internet works great, but when something happens when we're not here, the modem light turns red and ceases to transmit. The Cable box is unaffected, so we are still getting a signal. Had techs out twice with the same problem. Here is the log and the error message that occurs before it stops working and needs to be unplugged.

I'm glad to hear that your connections while you've been in the home have been working well despite the logs you posted. Just to clarify, your modem hasn't gone offline at any point while you've been using the internet services, only when you've been away?
