How can I fix this issue? This has been a problem for over a year. Any device that I use to troubleshoot the internet connection shows the same results. I've tried resetting the modem and router multiple times, both seperately and at the same time.
Here is some of my network information:
Protocol: Wi-Fi 4 (802.11n)
Security type: WPA2-Personal
Network band: 2.4 GHz
Network channel: 10
SSID length: 10
Connection mode: Infra
Security: Yes
Pre-Association and Association
Connectivity settings provided by hardware manufacturer (IHV): No
Security settings provided by hardware manufacturer (IHV): No
Profile matches network requirements: Success
Pre-association status: Success
Association status: Success
Security and Authentication
Configured security type: WPA2-PSK
802.1X protocol: No
Key exchange initiated: Yes
If I run troubleshooting on a specific network adapter, then it just says there is an unknown issue.
I have detailed trouble shooting reports, but I am not sure what information to share publically.
Does anyone have any ideas?
