Internet goes out every night

My internet is off most early mornings around 5AM. Now it is going out around 5PM as well. Sometimes it goes back online in 15 minutes, sometimes hours and sometimes not at all. I use the app to get help. Sometimes that works. Sometimes it doesn’t. I have had a tech come out before and I don’t think I should be charged $100 for them to fix my 1Gb connection that is subpar. Any suggestions?
