internet goes out every night since it began getting colder
its been going on for month everynight at the same time around 2-3am and doesnt go back to normal until like 9am. i contacted xfinity agents many time asking them to check my modem logs but all i hear back is they are working on it??? A tech hasnt came yet because the issues occurs late night so during the day when they come of course they wont find anything wrong. what can i do??? i replaces all wires on my end. heres what the xfinity app looks like everynight

Hello, @westside206. Thank you for taking time out of your day to reach out over Xfinity Forums, you have contacted the right place for assistance in regard to your internet issue. Working from home myself, I completely understand the importance of having your home network working.
From experience, I've had connection dropping like you had mentioned in the past whenever the weather wasn't nice. A technician came out and found some damage (splits) on my line which was letting condensation through. I would like to investigate further, when you have time can you please send a direct message.
To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon in the upper right - it looks like a chat bubble
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon just to the right of Conversations
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line - do not use the Employee's name!
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
