Internet goes down EVERY DAY at 11 AM.
Every single day at 11, my internet goes down. Sometimes it goes down at 1030 as well, but it is definitely down at 11. Like clockwork. The router remains up, devices remain connected, there is no internet. It seems like an upstream device is rebooting on a schedule. Calling in results in a "Ticket" being generated after doing the same "reboot your router" troubleshooting step that never works. The internet still fails. The dead internet is now my signal to take a lunch break. Even if it comes back up, it's intermittent until noon. At noon, the internet is Solid, Reliable, and FAST. At 0900, internet is awesome. At 1100, it is DEAD. It is so reliably dead at 11 that my coworkers now work rush to finish briefing me on Zoom by 1059, because even they know, 1100 is internet dirt-nap time, DEAD. Please fix your service and don't ask me to pay $100 for you to solve your upstream issues by sending a tech to my house to do the basics that your outsourced phone help from across the pond already attempted.

Just to be sure you say the router remains up and devices remain connected, so INTRANET is fine, but INTERNET is failing, correct? When this occurs do both wired and WiFi internet fail? Not sure what modem/ router you are using, but can you review any event logs they may produce? Lastly do you have a neighbor or someone close in the hood using Xfinity, and do they experience the same thing?
