Internet gliching

Ever since your upgrade last night in the Barnegat NJ area my streaming services are constantly buffering. Never had an issue before. Have rebooted my equipment numerous times. No change.

This isn't the experience we want, user_nnru9c. Thank you for letting us know, and also rebooting your equipment to try and resolve the issue. You've reached the right place for help. We'll ask a few questions to get a better understanding and work together towards a fix. Have you noticed this issue on a certain device, or room within your home?

I’ve only noticed it so far on the LG smart tv I have in the family room…I’ve rebooted that as well…I initially thought it was Hulu since that does happen with Hulu from time to time but it was also apparent on STARZ…I use a Netgear Orbi router and it seems solid.  The TV is hard wired as well as wireless and the router is right next to the TV in the family room.

Have you gotten a chance to review the troubleshooting tips posted by one of our awesome forum experts? It covers the best troubleshooting steps to take to determine the cause of the issue you're experiencing. If your LG Smart TV is experiencing a connection issue while both WiFi and wired connections are being used, there is a chance those connections are competing to be the active connection which would explain the infrequent connection issues. Have you tried disabling the WiFi connection and using just the wired connection type?
