Internet Essentials

Good morning. Don't know if this is the best thread, but I may end up working from home and I do not have comcast services. Am I eligible for free internet essentials? I do not receive state or federal assistance, I do not have a child, and I am not a low income household (for a single person) as it mentions in the requirements.
