Internet drops several times per hour during day, mostly better at night

Like the subject says. Had this problem last year and technician found ancient cable run to house, replaced it and fixed problem. I upgraded a couple months ago to 4K X1 boxes (and therefore all coax splitters have been removed from system), 1 gig internet plan, and home phone. Bought new router and voice-compatible modem. Everything was fast and good until last week. Every time the signal drops out and I try the Xfinity Assistant on the app, the signal is back before it gets tested so the app says it's fine. Checked all connections, restarted all equipment multiple times. Log shows many T3 time-outs. Getting tired of crashing out of Teams meetings.

Additonally, I'm seeing various Event Type Code 16 and Event Type Code 24 entries in the event log in the evening when the signal is much more stable.

Also having this issue, except I'm in an apartment. Happens randomly throughout the day, data will just drop off to 0 mbps for a few seconds and then bounce back. Have had a few techs out, they check the outside lines and say they're good, have had the inside fittings and plates replaced, replaced the modem, still happens. Makes doing anything online (which includes my job and most of my hobbies) incredibly frustrating, tons of lag.

Thank you for providing such detailed context @MrPandy! I know how disruptive it is to have Teams meetings cut out, especially when your hardware and previous line work should be providing a seamless experience.

Did these drops begin immediately after the 4K X1 equipment were installed, or was there a period where the new setup worked perfectly before the issues started last week?

You mentioned a new router as well, does the connection drop for devices plugged directly into the modem via ethernet, or only those connected through the router's Wi-Fi?

It all worked really well for almost two months after I installed the new 4k X1 boxes, until last week. All wired and wireless devices stop connecting when the signal goes away. This weekend was pretty good, like the evenings were on Monday through Friday, but the internet and TV were unusable during the workdays.

Since both your wired and wireless devices are dropping at the same time as your TV signal, the issue is likely rooted in the signal quality entering your home.

@MrPandy send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you.
