Internet drops repeatedly customer service awful

I have been having my internet service drop repeatedly for about two weeks now. I have tried all troubleshooting and eventually called customer service. The guy was very helpful and reset/optimized the modem claiming I would not have the issue again.
I had the same issue the same day but rest myself through the tv box. It will work for a bit and then drop again. I would continue to reset myself for a few days but now it is just too much.
I call customer service and the agent is not helpful at all. He did not listen to my issue and told me that since I have internet at the moment there is not much he can do. I then asked for a technician and he said it would cost me $60 since my internet is currently on. I told him that the issue isn’t my internet working right now but rather it drops continuously. He said that it doesn’t matter and it would cost me. I then asked to speak to a supervisor 4 times before he actually tried. He then came back and told me it would be several minutes but didn’t want to tell me how long. He then finally said over 15 minutes. I continue to wait right now as I type this. I have been on the phone with Comcast right now for over 55 minutes and counting.
Xfinity does not respect its customers and does not respect their time. I pay a lot of good money every month for over 7 years only for Xfinity to disrespect me and “Nickel and dime” me. It is absolutely terrible. I read their customer service values and everyone of them is a lie.

What do the modem's signal stats look like ? Perhaps they already are, or they are close to being out of spec and intermittently they go completely of spec. Try getting them here http://192.168.100.1 or here http://10.0.0.1

Please post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers.

What is the exact make and model number of the modem ?

Is this a WiFi connection ?
