Internet drops randomly multiple times a day

Hi there,

About a week ago I was on a work call and the call dropped. I looked at the wifi connection of my work laptop and the wired connection of my desktop and both devices were showing disconnected. after a minute or two the connection came back. Well, this has been the last week of my life. I reset the router multiple times, I factory reset the router as well. within 10 minutes of setting all of my home devices back up, it dropped again. Below is the event log from when it happened.

I need this resolved as it is negatively impacting my family and my work.

All devices lose connection in the house during the seemingly random outages. The only device that uses VPN is the Laptop and the VPN is not on all the time.
