Internet drops out everyday at the same time

Question

Every single day at sometime between 7PM to 9PM the internet in my neighborhood becomes very spotty. Sometimes this lasts a few minutes, sometimes it can last like an hour. Numerous neighbors report the same issue at the same time, so it has to be a Comcast problem. I can't get through to anyone to do anything about this. Please help.

Oh, the issue was the equipment in my area was overcapacity. Apparently an upgrade was supposed to be done in May of '25 and it got indefinitely delayed for reasons unknown until they finally got it done near the end of December. So anyone who else who might be having this issue: get about a dozen of your neighbors to repeatedly pester Comcast until an executive finally reaches out to you.
