Internet drops on calls

My wi-fi will randomly drop when I'm on calls - Zoom, Teams, WebEx, Discord, etc. Whenever I do the internet speed test, it shows the wi-fi speed is excellent. But this test doesn't measure the integrity of the connection. I have had multiple technicians come who say they don't see any issue with my connection. I also spoke with an agent on Friday via the online chat service, who said they helped schedule another appointment and open a ticket for me, but neither of those actually happened (no one showed up at the scheduled appointment time, and the ticket doesn't show on my account).

I have this issue every time I have a meeting when I'm working from home, and it is getting unbearable to the point that I am seriously considering switching to another provider. I am posting on here as a last resort to get in touch with someone at Xfinity who can actually fix this issue.
