Internet drops multiple times throughout the day

For the past few weeks the internet connection has been unstable. I checked the modem (Netgear CM1150v) and noticed some interesting messages in the logs. I also noticed thousands of uncorrectable errors. The uptime is currently 3 days. It's plugged directly into the xfinity provided splitter. Can anyone help me out with this issue?

Went down again at 14:42 (

Service was steady for 2 days. Went down again, this time I was home. Checking the logs during the event there are two upstream channels not locked and the power is higher than it typically is. On 8/26/2020 I reached out to Xfinity via Twitter. Finally received a response. They claimed that the issue was resolved. My connection was pretty solid until 9/6/2020. It dropped again with the same errors as before. It dropped again today (9/7/2020), uptime is 11 days. This time internet came back but not phone. My children are distance learning and I don't have a reliable internet connection.

You are getting wild intermittent upstream power level fluctuations, and they go out of spec. This can't be fixed remotely over the phone. It takes *boots on the ground*. You should get a tech out to investigate / correct the problem.
