Internet drops frequently
My Internet connection is dropping multiple times per day. It occurs unpredictably but the outages are usually clustered together. It's been happening more often recently, but it's been going on a while.
I have an Arris SB6141 modem and the recent logs are as follows:

Can anyone help me figure out what the problem is here? Is there anything I can do on my end? Do I need to get a Comcast tech to come check the wiring?

Downstream power is there – bottom row of the second gray block. The readings are all 0 dBmV or -1 dBmV.
Modem was purchased in 2017.
