Internet dropping

My logs give code

FW.IPv6 FORWARD drop and FW.IPv6 INPUT drop and when I've had them trouble shoot online they can't see any issues. I have cameras set to record 24/7, but they constantly loose internet. Anyone know why? Also does that code mean there are ports being forwarded, because I haven't enabled any. Is it possible someone else has hacked in ?

I've done the online assistant chat where they check the health, connection having me tighten the the connectors and unplug the modem.  Today a tech came and said he put a filter on outside somewhere so we'll see of that works. What does that code mean though?
