Internet dropping when trying to pay bills

Ive had consistent drop outs with multiple routers from xfinity. The store reps cant help. Having no technician call line is crazy when your service has this many problems.
My current issue is my internet completely drops out whenever I try to get to the billing page on the xfinity website. Internet is so bad I cant even pay for it.

Are you directly connected to the gateway with an ethernet cable? Or are you wireless? What troubleshooting steps have already been taken?
