Internet dropping out for 1-2 mins then back

Hello,

My internet is appearing to drop out for a minute or two then return. This is happening 1 to 2 times a day.

Was looking for any information on what's happening?

Arris cable modem    SB6183

Computer in question is on a wired connection. Issue also happens on laptop with WiFi also.
On the desktop that is wired I will see "internet access" under the adapter.
On the laptop sometimes it says "connected without internet"
