Internet dropping Motorola MG7550

My internet keeps dropping. Several times a day for brief intervals from which it recovers (most noticeable in a Zoom meeting). Once every few days, it can't recover and I have to turn the power off and on. I have a Motorola MG 7550 wireless router/modem.

I checked the diagnostics at http://192.168.100.1/MotoConnection.asp

Downstream power 0 - 1.4 dBmV, SNR 39.8 - 40.1 dB, but ratio of uncorrected to corrected packets is 2.9 overall, ranging from 2 to 4 for each channel.

Upstream power 41.8 - 42.5 dBmV.

According to https://motorolacable.com/whitepapers/cable-connection my uncorrected to corrected ratio is terrible, and the other numbers are fine.

Thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums @user_680cf6. I am sorry to hear you have been experiencing internet connection problems. When you are having disconnections or "timeouts" during the day, I have found this is normally caused from a loose connection or noise some place on the line. I would like to rule out the basics.

Can you check the coax cable at the wall and the modem? Please make sure all connections are finger tight.

Do you have an amplifier in the home (little box plugged into an outlet and has a coax cable attached)?

Have you recently made any changes to the location of the modem?

Do you have a splitter attached to the modem?

Please make sure you don't have any kinked or damaged coax. I really appreciate you helping me with this process today. I am sure working together we will get to the bottom of this. Our team will be on standby.

(Sorry for the late response, I had given up on getting an answer.) Thanks for getting back to me. I checked the coax, I don't have an amplifier or a splitter, and the modem is exactly where it has been. So I am afraid it isn't one of these things.
