Internet dropping for few minutes many times a day

We've been having this problem for months. The internet goes down for a few minutes and then comes back on its own. I've checked the status on the app, tested the internet, and everything is fine. It's really annoying and has left us disappointed with the service lately. We've been customers for many years. In June 2024, you sent us a new router at your suggestion. We installed it, and it's been working fine, except for the issue mentioned above.  We would like our problem analyzed and solutions provided. Thank you in advance.

What do the modem's signal status values look like ? Try getting them here; http://192.168.100.1 or here http://10.0.0.1 

Please copy all of the text in its entirety of the *Downstream Power Levels*, the *SNR's* (Signal to Noise Ratios), and the *Upstream Power Level* numbers and paste them into your next post.


What is the exact make and model number of the modem / router / gateway device ?

Is this with a WiFi connection ?
