Internet dropping constantly

I am having issues with my comcast dropping constantly (several times a day) today there was an outage that lasted about 5 hours and now a lot of my devices wont reconnect to my wifi even after restarting the devices and my router.  So I was looking at the event logs in my router and have some errors.  I have a Netgear C300 gateway.   Any idea what these mean?

Here are the errors.

Please also post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers.
