Internet dropping connection and stays down until resetting modem
My modem is dropping connection intermittently and I need assistance troubleshooting further.
The connection drops and stays down until I force restart the modem.
I have gone through all of the troubleshooting steps from the chat bot as well as agent, including restarting the modem and router, force resets of the modem from Xfinity's end, tightening coax and replacing Ethernet, etc.
Xfinity has sent techs out twice and both times the tech has let us know it's likely a tilt issue on the box outside, causing signal issues, not with our modem or connection inside the house. They said as a result, we would need Xfinity in-house maintenance to come out and fix it, not the contractor techs.
Any help?
