Internet dropping after switching to XB7

Probably not the place to ask, but I will anyway since the problem started immediately after swapping my old Aris modem for an XB7.

Network layout is as follows, nothing has changed from the old to the new modem.

Modem - WIFI Network Home. 1 tv, 1 phone connected with WIFI. 1 TV and Office router connected with LAN not in bridge mode, set up as a separate network.

Office router - 3 computers, 1 FLEX box connected to Office with WIFI.

Everything worked perfectly fine until I switched modems. Now one computer keeps dropping internet. It doesnt matter if I am connected to Home WIFI, Home with LAN, Office WIFI, or Office with LAN. Still constantly drops internet every 10-15 minutes for a couple of seconds, then has to reconnect. At first I suspected my ancient VNR1000 was the issue and not playing nice with the newer tech modem, so I switched it to a newer Cambium R201 and still have the same issue with just that one computer on both networks (well, technically 3 networks). I tried reinstalling all of the nework adapters including the VPN virtual adapter with no luck.
