Internet drop outs every 10 to 15 minutes

Relocated my modem to 10 ft away behind one interior wall to no avail. I’ve exchanged my modem and had a service call. Internet still drops out every 5 to 10 minutes. Makes game play very frustrating.

user_g9n1b Good morning, and thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Forums! I can definitely see how the drops in connection would be frustrating. Are the drops happening on all your devices, or just the device you are gaming on? Are you using a console, or are you online gaming?
