Internet drop all the sudden

Internet drops for a minute then comes back randomly I have upgraded the modem to a another motorolla my router is a eero 6e pro wifi has the latest firmware changed the cables both coaxial and patch 6 cable is new,tech has been in twice saying line to high put a filter it works ok but connections drop off again no difference.
