Subject: Internet Down Despite Area Outage Showing
Question:
My mother is the only Xfinity customer in her area without internet service. The outage restoration time has repeatedly been pushed back by two hours. The chatbot and phone system will not connect us with an agent because of the outage. Can someone please check her individual service and arrange for a technician if necessary?
