Internet down two days

Internet down for two with just Xfinity app showing outage and then Internet impaired. Can't get technician support as it's already know issue. So I'm just supposed to sit here waiting at Xfinity mercy. Paid all my bill full on time to get treat like [Edited: "Language"].
