Internet down since 9/19 — multiple missed technician appointments, pushed to 10/6

My Xfinity internet in Stuart, FL has been completely down since 9/19/26.

A technician came on 9/21 but could not fix the issue because he did not have the necessary part. He told me he would return the next morning around 7:30 AM, but he never showed.

I called Xfinity again and was told a lead technician was required. The earliest appointment was 9/28 from 1–5 PM. On 9/28, I was told the technician was running late. At approximately 8:30 PM, more than three hours after the appointment window ended, Xfinity called and said the technician was done for the day and would not be coming.

During that call, I was told they could come the next day during the same 1–5 PM window. I agreed. Immediately afterward I received a text confirming an appointment for 9/28 from 1–5 PM — the appointment that had already been missed.

The next morning, Xfinity told me they could see an appointment in the system with no date or time. I requested a supervisor, but the representative refused to transfer me and instead submitted a waitlist request.

I have called multiple times since then. After another escalation, I have now been given a new appointment for 10/6, which would mean being without internet for more than two weeks because of repeated Xfinity scheduling and dispatch failures.

I have already exhausted normal phone support and internal escalation. I need Corporate Digital Care to review this case, take ownership of it, and help get a qualified technician out sooner than 10/6. I also need confirmation that the technician sent has the equipment/parts required to actually complete the repair.

I have been available for every scheduled appointment and the delays have all been on Xfinity’s side. I would appreciate an urgent review and a meaningful resolution.

user_o9vazf Thank you for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear our local team has not been able to restore your services in a timely manner. Did the original technician indicate there was additional work that needed to be done in the area to restore services or if other teams needed to be involved?
