Internet down for 5 days with no resolution.

I have not been able to connect to Xfinity internet from Saturday and have reached out multiple times for resolution. The only date for a technician was on Wednesday May 13, 2026, from 8am to 10am central. After following up I got to know the technician is running late by 30 minutes. This has affected my ability to work from home from Monday and is impacting my income. I need resolution to my internet issue. The cause of the issue started when a Xfinity technician came on Saturday and started digging outside my property, post which is when I started having issues.

Update- the cabling technician came today and laid the cable with conduit. Internet restored, thank you.
