Internet down every evening...disruption of our evening shows
Every evening for the past 2 weeks our internet stops working!!!!
Whats is wrong with your service!!!
Fix it....our neighborhood is saying the same thing about xfinity...
Refund for each day internet was interrupted.
INTERNET DOWN!!!
FIX IT!!!

First. Check their site here for official info on any possible local outages;
https://www.xfinity.com/support/status
Use a cell phone internet service, a public WiFi hotspot, or a neighbor's internet if you need to in order to check it.
Or you can use their Xfinity App: https://www.xfinity.com/apps

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
