Internet Down [Edited]

My internet has been down for 3 days. Electricity is on so no clue why our internet is not restored. If you call to get an update we just get hung up on. I swear after this I am leaving this god awful provider and moving to AT&T. What is the status of our services being restored?? Some of us work from home and need this.

Hello Sv1127. I appreciate you reaching out to us for help with the ongoing service issues. I know how vital our services are for our customers especially when working from home. We were hit with a snow storm this past weekend and many neighbors are still working to dig out. I'm sorry that your area is still without services. If the Xfinity app or the status map is showing that your services are impacted that is the most updated details we will have on when the services will be restored. If there is a power or safety concern preventing us from restoring the services that may delay our resolution, but our teams are engaged and ready to make the needed repairs as soon as we have safe access. Another option is to have your phone number added to the account to receive texts with the status updates for the area interruption.
