Internet Disconnects: Frequent Forward Drops with Thousands of Attempts

Got some serious issues with disconnects going on since getting hooked up and I suspect bad signals coming into the home. Modem remains white throughout the drops.

Since the issue started have you used the Xfinity app to troubleshoot to see if it found any issues at this point?
