Internet disconnects all day every day every 30 min or so
I have been having the issue for the last 2-3 months I have had a technician come out gone through 3 different modems all ones provided by Xfinity, About every 30 mins I have a connection interruption where all my devices disconnect, and say no internet connection. I have used the app texting service to speak with people and talked on the phone for hours and have not had any progress in fixing the issue. When the technician came over they checked all my signals and said that it shouldn't be a device issue but some issue at Xfinity and their system
At this point, I have no faith in Xfinity to take care of any of their customers as the whole time I have been having these issues they have had no problem with continuing to charge me every month with no issue.

We just solved our similar issue. Our internet became intermittent about one week ago. It would disconnect very frequently throughout the day, every 15 minutes or so, and it would disconnect for roughly 2-3 minutes at a time and then come back on. I checked the modem when the internet would drop, but the modem had no issues (all green lights). Xfinity had also informed me during my conversation with them online that our signal is strong and uninterrupted. I finally deduced that the issue was with our wifi routers. It was such a simple fix and I hope that it helps everyone else on here who are struggling with internet disconnects...I logged in to the router dashboard and there was a pending FIRMWARE UPDATE. I did the update and our internet was back to tip top shape.
Hope this helps everyone. I know this was very frustrating as we all depend on our internet quite a bit.
