Internet Disconnection for few seconds every 5-10 minutes

I've been experiencing the same issue for about 3 weeks now, the internet connection to my PC desktop cuts out for a few seconds every few minutes. I've had 3 technicians come to my house and they only stopped the problem for a few hours and then it returned. I've sat on chats for over 10 hours and have been told numerous times that my problem will be fixed, but it still persists. I don't know what else to do anymore, this has become so much of an issue I want to cancel my plan and switch providers. It has been nothing but issue after issue with Xfinity and I've only been a customer for about a month and a half. I've restarted my modem, upgraded my modem, factory reset my modem, and updated all drivers on my PC, but I'm at a dead end. Please someone help me!
