Internet Disconnection/ DNS Server

My neighborhood has been experiencing Internet disconnection issues.

My home personally has also experienced this and I use a Comcast router. Comcast came out to check my Internet and did not see anything wrong.

However, throughout the day Internet continues to drop and I noticed DNS disconnection throughout the day via my ruckus unleashed app. I experience this issue directly connected to Comcast Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi connection with the ruckus.

I have a ruckus switch connected to Comcast router. I have troubleshooted it with the ruckus provider and there is no issues with my switch or APs in my home.

Please help in trouble shooting with my Internet drops and lags.

Hello @user_0e9746 thank you for bringing this issue to our Xfinity Community Forum. I am sorry to hear about the internet troubles. You are in the right place for help. Have you troubleshooted the Xfinity gateway with the Xfinity My Account app? What other troubleshooting steps have you tried already.
