Internet disconnecting while on Roku

I do not have cable but I do have internet and a Roku. Now I'm not sure if it's the Roku causing my internet to disconnect or if Xfinity/Comcast is having problems and it keeps disconnecting! I also believe there may be a problem with the line outside from when we had a very bad storm a few months ago. 

Can anyone help me please?

Is this Roku Connected via a WiFi or a hardwired ethernet connection ?

Hi, @user_24c6c3. I see @EG asked a great question, and I wanted to follow up since we haven't heard back. How is everything going so far? Is this only occurring with the Roku, or do you have other devices that disconnect randomly as well?

@XfinityVianney Yes I got my answer. I had to disable the ping on my Roku. It wasn't hard to do either.
