Internet disconnected and won't connect back again
Hi, I'm trying to figure out what to do with this as it's Saturday and I can't schedule an appointment until Monday. Anyway, earlier today, I lost internet all of a sudden and the modem starting blinking yellow. I tried the steps from the Xfinity app, and no luck with any. No outages reported aswell.
I also checked all the connections, and from my untrained eye, they look okay and nothing was moved or damaged. The only thing I didn't check is the coax cable running to the house, but its underground so not sure what to do about that.
Is there anything I can do in the meantime to try and get my connection back>

Hi there, and thanks for reaching out through our community forums! I'm sorry to hear your internet cut out over the weekend. Based on your description, it sounds like you've tried everything we would recommend doing to troubleshoot the issue on your end. Were you able to get that appointment scheduled or have your services been restored since you posted?
