Internet didn't work I restarted modem and only connects to one device
I've had Xfinity for one day and I'm already having problems... Anyway I have been gone all day not found out that the Internet has not been working all day today from my family. I restarted the modem and I got Internet but only one my phone no one else's devices. Even then it keeps disconnecting and connecting. What's going on?

Hi, @user_8f10c0. Thank you for reaching out and creating a new post. I see you've been having some troubles with your connection and that is certainly not what we like to see. I rely on my network daily, so I know what a headache this can be. I see your device is connected, but no one else can get online. Can I have more details about any troubleshooting steps you've taken so far? When they try to connect, are they getting an error or is the network not visible at all for them?
