Internet data caps under contract

how is it I can sign an unbreakable 2 year contract but comcast can impose internet data caps while I'm under the contract I signed knowing it is unlimited at the time? Yeah I'm sure it's in the contract they can but it is beyond infuriating they can do this business practice
