Internet cycling.
I have had 2 technicians and multiple calls with technical support. This started on a sunday and I didn't get someone out until the following monday. At first it was something to do with the wifi modem not receiving signal.the technician fixed something outside. It worked for less than 24 hours. It took another 5 days (Friday)to get the second technician out. He changed the router and updated something out side. It worked for 45 minutes this second time. That night i called customer service again and was told they would monitored my service overnight and well they found the is an issue. Its Saturday and they're customer service team can't send someone out until possibly Friday morning. Almost a whole month with no internet service and its costing me money since I work from home. I'm at my wits end with this. What can I do to get this resolved sooner.
