internet cutting out - green blinking light
I've been having issues with my internet for a week now. The internet started out very laggy. Xfinity replaced my old modem with a newer one. When I tried to set it up, the Xfinity agent couldn't get it connected to the server or something. It started working over night, but the internet has been cutting out periodically.
We are trying to figure out the problem so we can tell the technician what to do.
I was reading through other posts and I saw that there might be a problem with the upstream/ downstream power levels. I am linking to the screenshots I took of the levels below.

Are there any modem RF error log entries being shown ? If so, please post them as well in their entirety (copy and paste them, don't post a screenshot) but redact the CM MAC and the CMTS MAC addresses for your privacy. They are considered to be personal information. The posting of personally identifying information is a violation of their forum guidelines. The forum bot will not allow your post to be seen publically.

Hello EG!
Thanks for your reply. I'm from the same household and collected as much info as I could. Here are some events in our modem's log from earlier this morning -
config.utapi s_add_portmapdyn: add entry (index 4): add/overwrite entry param portmap_dyn_4
config.utapi s_add_portmapdyn: add entry (index 3): add/overwrite entry param portmap_dyn_3
config.utapi s_add_portmapdyn: add entry (index 2): add/overwrite entry param portmap_dyn_2
config.utapi s_add_portmapdyn: add entry (index 1): add/overwrite entry param portmap_dyn_1
This info was logged right around the time I was having some issues with connection. Not sure if these are error messages, and when I looked through the rest of the log for several days past nothing appeared to be showing an RF error message.

Those are unhelful as they are router component entries. If it's a Comcast rented gateway device, they have removed the ability to access the modem component RF error log entries, unfortunately....
