Internet cuts out when central AC is on
My internet cuts out every time my central AC is on. I'm pretty sure the internet cuts out when my neighbor's AC turns on as well.

Good evening @Twofister and thank you for reaching out regarding your internet connection cutting out when your central AC is running-we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. To help us narrow this down, how long has this been going on? Are you able to confirm whether the AC unit is on a different electrical circuit than your network equipment? Additionally, can you confirm that the coaxial cable connection is securely tightened, and let us know if you’re using any splitters?
