Internet cuts out around the same time every night. Different answers from support
For the last two weeks, our internet cuts out right around the same time, about 8:30 pm. Sometimes it’s out for twenty minutes and sometimes longer. I’ve spoken to support and had a tech out. The tech came during the day when the internet was working and refused to come in and look, citing everything was fine at the moment. He told me work was being done in the area and it was normal.
I spoke the next day to phone support, and they told me my modem (less than six months old) was broken and to call Motorola. They told me no work was happening.
the next night I was told I have too many devices connected. They also told me no work was happening In the area.
I was told a engineer/tech would be calling, but no call has come in the last few hours.
the line in my yard was replaced at the end of last year so unlikely it’s that. Can someone please help?

WiFi or wired?
If it's WiFi it could be interference. There's a classic story about some old man in the UK with a malfunctioning tube TV taking out cell phone coverage for several blocks. Every morning he got up, made breakfast, then sat down and watched the news on an old tube TV that wasn't working quite right. When he turned that old, partly broken TV on cell phones quit working for several blocks around his house. Like clockwork every morning. Eventually one of the cell phone companies figured it out and traded him a small, cheap new LCD TV for his old tube. Same thing could happen to WiFi.
