Internet crashes and horrible tech experience
So I’ve had issues with my Internet crashing and yes I have done troubleshooting and all that mess , now I scheduled a tech visit two days in a row even got off work early both days first techs never show up I call to see what’s up and then they say in the notes tech claims to have called LIES
but here are my logs if anyone can help since it seems like Xfinity is a company of self service I’ll have to fix it myself

So my service has been crashing ….. when I say crash I’ll be gaming and my internet service completely disconnects to all devices and the modem cycles itself ….. but weird thing is it happens allot at night during the day I’ve played the game for hours once night hits my service drops multiple times and this seems like a common issue …….. yes I’ve had techs come and they claim everything is fine …… I wish i could contact corporate but it’s [Edited: Language] near impossible and it’s like everyone I speak with doesn’t understand anything I tell them ………. Cause at this point idk what to do I’m stuck in a contract that I really don’t want to be in at this point if my service isn’t working well for what I bought it for …… I’m just stumped at this point :/ someone please help me with a solution
