Internet constantly getting ping spike.

My internet service constantly getting ping spike, and i had been scheduled 1 technician came over to check on Jan/7/2025. While checking for the issue, the technician having trouble to locate the problem and needed help from his supervisor. The supervisor explained that my ping had been constantly go up and down to 120ms and even more. Therefore, the supervisor made a support ticket (Ticket #9410203) to fix this this problem. The supervisor also giving free xfipod for the compensation. However it had been more than 2 week and the problem still not fix (ticket closed) and the xfipod also got canceled. WHAT IS GOING ON????
