Internet constantly dropping
It's been an issue for almost two months now that the internet cuts out multiple times during the day at the most random of times. I've had multiple technicians show up to try and figure out the issue. I've gone to the xfinity store nearby to change out the modem. I've done everything from turning the modem on and off to making sure every connection was securely in place and nothing has worked to solve the issue. I've been received write ups since I work from home and when my connection drops it counts as me not being present. I am desperate for a solution to this issue to the point that I'm looking at other ISP's in my area.
