Internet Connectivity Issues
We've been having problems with our internet connection for about a month by now. Throughout the day we'll get disconnected from the internet and reconnected, usually it'll only last for a couple of seconds though. Streaming and browsing the internet are fine for the most part, we may see a hiccup here now and again but it's manageable. The biggest issue lies in trying to either playing online multiplayer games or talking on a social platform like Discord. Our devices connection to our modem is solid, we get disconnected from the internet. The modem always shows a solid white light during our periodic drops. One of the games I do play shows that I get a high amount of packet loss when I get disconnected from the internet, not quite sure if that helps.
We did have a tech come out about 2 weeks ago or so but they weren't able to find an issue to what I remember, they were great though. They did improve our speeds a fair bit but our internet instability has persisted. We have also both upgraded our internet speed and replaced our old modem with no improvement as well.

I figure I'd update this post but I'm still dealing with internet instability, no solution found so far. We've already had 2 tech visits and neither could find the problem, the tech's themselves were great though. Personally I think something screwy is going on with the Xfinity network or cables in our area, it's the only thing I can think of at this point.
